The worst pedicure I've ever received. Cut my toes way too short . Waited an hour past my appointment time. Used the same mail tools on everybody. The husband isn't licensed and burned my toe with the drill. DONT GO HEREEEEEEEE
These people have difficulties communicating, they take walk-ins ahead of people with appointments, and they're quite rude in general. The quality of their work is okay, but not worth all the hassle.
Made an appointment and arrived on time, but they took 2 walk-in people before me and expected me to wait an hour. They only have 2 technicians working, only one who does acrylic. Neither speak decent English.
Treatment was good up until I they actually had to do my toes. Skipped many steps was bouncing from person to person and left me hanging for about 30 mins just sitting there uncomfortable. They skipped many of the steps and didn't even apply clear coat I saw the clear polish and ended up painting it myself no one said anything I assume they was too busy to even notice I'm pregnant and was starving and didn't want to waste anymore time cost was advertised for $35 and she charged me $45 of course being the nice person i am STILL tipped $5. First and last time I will ever go there next time i rather drive to the next town 30-1hr away to get them done you would think a small town would have decent or better service than a bigger city. WRONG. I could have gone somewhere more professionally and better quality and service in the bigger city for the same price first and last time I will ever go there.
I went in for a pedicure with my mom it was super rushed and sloppy. Definitely not worth the $45 we each spent. On top of that my moms nail chipped as soon as we got home. Next day my mom tried to go in and get it fixed. Waited over an hour and asked this lady how much longer it would be and she responds yelling at my mom to just wait. First of all this lady needs to fix her nasty attitude and be better to customers because we are giving her our money! My mom just asked for her refund which she replies ok takes off her nail polish and only gives her back $10! That massage was not worth $35 that she did not give her back! This place has very poor customer service. This lady argued with about every customer instead of making things right. I understand she's probably overwhelmed from being busy but she should be grateful she's getting any business at all especially with her nasty attitude. She's lucky we don't understand what she's saying when she talks in her language. There are so many better places to go get your nails done so save your money and spend it where you will get treated better. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place! DO BETTER EPHRATA NAILS & SPA
