You botched my daughters hair cut your trying to say the photos my wife showed was a wolf cut with bangs above her eyebrows that is extremely untrue we would never let anyone cut her bangs this way you are trying to say this is what was asked for and that is a lie. My wife didn't want to upset are daughter addressing the hairstylist at that moment so I called but you are lying this isn't at all what was asked for. I'll even post photos of what we asked for and what it looks like this doesn't look anything like the haircut we asked for. Her bangs are so short we cannot even fix them they are above her eyebrows nobody gets bangs that short u can clearly tell you messed her hair up and didn't want to admit it.

Spur of the moment cut. I called ahead to make sure they could fit in a cut for my four year old daughter and myself and when we got there she immediately started working on us. Didn't bother to clean the man's hair who was before us, so not only was there hair but gross looking thick globs and we were the only ones there and she definitely had plenty of time. A wash and blowout was not offered. Ok. My daughters cut didn't turn out as I requested but I had no photo for reference, ok. My turn. There was no small talk, how are you, a smile etc. if no talk means more focus on my hair, great. I shower a photo of exactly how I wanted the front and back and she looked twice and still didn't come close. I was asked to describe something I didn't know how to. She also kept asking me are you sure you want to cut your hair? All of it? You want it that short? Once was enough. I had her adjust the length three times. The picture I presented had a whole fringe and when she was done I had to ask her to create bangs. I felt as if she didn't want to cut it, and then made me go over every step. I shouldn't be questioned like that, especially when we're not talking to start with. I do understand sometimes people ask for something and then get upset so I did make sure to clarify I wouldn't cry if she cut my hair short that's what I'm asking for. My daughters hair is fine but bc how now rounded, it looks like Dora. Mine is not what I asked at all but I'll live. Our cuts were $50 and apparently childrens are the same price. ( which I think is crazy bc my kids hair is not even half the work mine was) Bottom line is that they aren't horrible but definitely I wouldn't stop by again. The place down the road is $18 and not half bad! Customer service is huge, I'd go back just if they were nice. I'd go back if they were rude and cut my hair good. Don't waste your time. I did tip and do appreciate the stylists effort

The people that work there are always nice and can give you extra time if needed. I'm a grouchy old lady and they have always made me feel welcome.

This salon deserves 0 stars not even a 1 star ! I called ahead of time n asked the receptionist if they would work with hair extensions and they said yes . All I wanted was my hair washed (shampoo and conditioning) and flat iron . Very simple. The hairdresser name (Kassandra) who decided to work on my hair, she didn't even know how to wash a hair in first place . She was shampooing my hair on the front n wanted to continue with the conditioner right away, and I mentioned her how she forgot to wash the back side and the side of my hair . Like I had to lecture her on how to wash a hair correctly. She was conditioning my hair on the bottom length only not the whole hair . Then she didn't even completely blow dry my hair n started ironing with wet hair ! So unprofessional especially how she left me for another client n had another lady work on my hair . If you couldn't finish with my hair don't get me in first place . Not her or the other lady completely iron my hair n left my hair wavey and also I feel my hair is itchy n sticky . She did a very poorly job ! Would not go back to this salon nor to "Kassandra" ... and also Kassandra is working very slow . I left the salon unhappy and I got a migraine from keeping my hair wet for a long time before straightening it n yet still paid for the bad service .

Zero stars. I have never had such a bad hair cut experience in my life. I left with my scalp and head in pain. She kept stabbing me in the head with the comb and pulled my hair. I thought it was just me however my son who had his hair cut prior to me complained she was very rough. Paid over 50 bucks to be basically abused.
