I've been here twice for a pedicure in the past six months and Nancy has done a wonderful job both times. Salon is small but hasn't been crowded either time.

Elite Nails in Willow Park. DO NOT GO THERE!! The last three times I have been in for nail dip they did not last the two weeks. This time they did not last one week. Currently I don't have time to go in every week, so I asked them to take them off. I planned on going back within the next month to try the dip again. They offered to fix them for free but wanted to charge me $10.00 to take them off. I am sorry wouldn't it cost them $10.00 or more to fix five nails as to take them off? They not only lost $10 today they lost a customer which is a lot more money, and hopefully any one who reads this review will not become a customer.

This is by far the BEST nail salon in the Aledo area. Nancy takes her time on pedicures and does a great job at the not so pleasant cleaning and clipping. Good family business, always pleasant, they serve water and wine while you're getting pampered. Several types of services offered. Reasonable prices too. Make an appointment, if you can, otherwise you'll have to wait.

I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon, don't waste your time! I went to "Elite Nail" in Willow Park because I recently re-located jobs. I politely asked the man at the door (I assume the owner) if they did the powder dip, he said YES. I asked for a French, he said they didn't do that, don't have white. He came back to me with a large synthetic nail tip to peel my dip off! Ouch! I stopped him and I asked again if he was comfortable doing this because it needed acetone like a gel finish, I said I could wait on the fingers and just get the Pedi... I was on my lunch break. He said he did it all of the time. Skip ahead 45minutes, they are still getting polish off of my fingers AND toes, I told them to skip the full pedi and just polish, no one listened. He did the dip but used a get topcoat with NO light instead of the proper SNS top coat (that dries in 5 min). He touched them all to check for dryness after 10 minutes and left fingerprints... uggg. He walked away tending to his daughter and was on the phone with DirecTV. 1 1/2 hours in and I told the girl to stop rubbing my feet, I left a minimal tip for each and went back to work. My fingers all dried with a "wavy" finish. The pedicure did look very nice, it just took almost 2 hours . After work I went back... he actually said to me, I knew you would be back, I used the wrong finish! Are you kidding me? I have two kids, work full time and you wasted my time AND charged me! Cherry on top... they charged my credit card an extra $5.00 and 2 of my nails broke the next day from all of the sanding that he did trying to fix the finish. I am at 4 days later and had to go to a different place and correct the vertical crack in to my thumb nail. Total waste of money and time. I want my $100 back!

Overall I am pretty pissed I waisted my money here. They didn't have a good selection of gel colors. They are understaffed. And finally my main complaint. I have ingrown toe nails, I've been to plenty of nail places over the years to know you don't dig and dig and dig to the point of unbearable pain! It was awful. And my toes still hurt from it, pretty sure she didn't do anything but make them worse. Because they didn't even hurt before! One is even infected. This has never happened to me before. Definitely never going to this shit hole again. And I even tipped her 10 dollars. Tisk tisk. Lesson learned.
