This is my go to spot for my acrylic nails. They are quick, polite, and do a good job.
My first time going here, I was in and out because the gentleman was extremely rude. He needs to understand people spend money on great customer service as well as great service. I absolutely refuse to spend money somewhere that doesn't know how to treat customers.
I just moved here to the area. Was very nervous because I've had the same nail tech for two years before I moved here. I saw the reviews for this place but gave it a shot! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here, but I had a fantastic evening here! The gentleman that did my nails took his time, and kept making sure I was getting what I asked for. I also got my eyebrows waxed and the lady who did them was awesome too! Will be returning. Fairly priced too!
I have no words for the unfortunate experience I just encountered here. Everywhere was closed because it is a holiday so I tried this place. The gentleman who seemed to be in charge barked orders and was so incredibly rude to me and rough with my nails that I ended up saying something about both. When I asked about dip powder- no we don't do that. Asked about a design- no we don't do designs.
The woman who did my pedi did a fair job but watched TV most of the time. The salon feels very dirty which is why it was no surprise when HUGE cockroaches ran across the floor in front of my pedicure chair.
I can see why the place is empty. Poor customer service, lack of cleanliness and a bad attitude. Take your money elsewhere.
I went in on a Saturday an ask for a gel overlay on my own nails. The man didn't understand what I meant at all. He said oh yes I understand so I thought I would give it a chance. He took my old dip nail polish off , I felt really rushed to pick a color . Then he goes to do my nails an paints them with gel nail polish, needless to say I won't be going back. As the gel nail polish after only 6 days is already starting to come off that is why I ask for an overlay on my nail.
