The worst experience at a nail salon. Nasty attitude from the manager. I wish I could rate them 0 stars, one is too much.
Worst $60 I've ever spent!!! I went in for ombré nails and this is what I got. Two colors just placed on top of each other. No blending at all. If you can't do this service, please don't offer it. I called and asked if I could come in and get them taken off and a refund and all I was offered was a redo. No money back. If you're looking to get your nails done, go somewhere else.
I had an eyebrow wax and a full set of lash extensions done here and WOULD NOT recommend for lashes!
The technician didn't seem to know what she was doing as she taped down my bottom lashes with packing tape and had to re-tape them FOUR TIMES, all the while ripping out my bottom lashes every time she was dissatisfied with her handiwork.
She then assured me they would be "whispy and natural" but looked like a plastic fan of lashes. She also used entirely too much glue that then glued my eyelid shut!
She also assured me they "would last between 1-2 weeks" but every single clump of lash fell out within 3 days!
All in all $35 was wayyyy too much for this big of a headache

Loved how well they treated my daughter during her mani pedi! They did a great job overall but it was a long time sitting and waiting as they did one client at a time. Overall I would go back as the nails are holding up strong and look great!!
Went there on a Sunday. It wasn't my usual spot but I stopped by because it was convenient at that time. I got a manicure. Polish started chipping the next day and the second day most of my polish was gone. I've had a poor manicure like this 15 years ago... didn't know people still did sloppy work like this. Save your money and go to Linda nails on cottage hill. Sometimes convenience doesn't supersede quality.
