Dream Nails in Greenbrier, AR

My 10 year old daughter got her nails done for the first time along with two other friends. It was the worst experience. They were extremely rude. They cut my daughter's finger and scrubbed other fingers raw. I can't imagine how they are in business.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. Me and my sister went yesterday and asked for matte colors and a dip. They said they could figure out how to do matte. I said ok i will give yall a try because they insisted we would love our nails. Well the lady i used burned the mess out of my nails with the grinder filing and then i told her they were crooked and she said she could fix them but guess what here i am with nails so crooked they look like they are running away from each other. She cut my fingers so bad they are bleeding and i cried because i was so embarrassed that my nails look  like this. They looked better not done then this job. I asked for a refund and he said i could come in and they would fix them. I said not to be rude but i will not return after the treatment and rudeness of the lady yesterday . she knew i wasn't happy and didn't offer to fix anything. Her words of advice when i asked if they were supposed to look like that was i have been doing this 15 years. I cant believe they even have customers. Lesson learned i will stick to my normal people who i have to now go pay on top of this 35 dollar hack job. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! Update on my sisters nails one day later the top coat is peeling off already but the guy actually shaped them nice just didn't paint them correctly. If this is what 15 years of nail service looks like then ill go to the ones who have been doing it way less.

I do NOT recommend this horrible place at all!!
I will never let those people touch my nails again! They cut my fingers twice and honestly look like a kindergarten child did my nails. I don't understand how you can let a paying customer walk out of your salon with your nails looking so awful and crooked AFTER ALREADY HAVING TO FIX THEM TWICE.
Save your money people and  choose another nail salon!

Worst experience EVER! I am and have been in customer service all of my life. They both a man and a women were hateful, snarky, rude, and very rough. She cut my finger so bad with the drill then sawed it twice more, blamed it on my nail shape, never checked the lengths, terrible polish job. Just unbelievably so hateful and rude. Also would lie to walk ins about how long it would be.

I will never waste my money or time on this place again. The lady...I'm assuming the owner, was extremely rude to my family when we walked in for manicures. I ask her if they waxed eyebrows also and she replied "nope don't have time" like I was stupid for even asking. She didn't say a word the whole time she did mine or my mother in law's mani (which was the worst mani I've ever had) and kept rolling her eyes and glaring at us. She messed up one nail and when was asked to fix it, rolled her eyes again! Then af5er our nails were done drying i asked who i need to pay she she just looked at me. I sat there for 20 minutes until she was done with someone else, for her to check me out. I dont know how they stayin business with attitudes like that!I will never be going in there again.
