I cannot believe I had never been here before! Gina does wonderful hair. Beautiful cut, amazing color. I am beyond pleased with my hair. And it's a very comfortable atmosphere. Love this place!
I've been going here for years and every time I leave I say, my hair looks the best it's looked... EVERY TIME. The salon is so professional and clean, and the stylists are very personable. Trixie does my hair exactly how I want it everytime, she listens, is always honest, and I get so many compliments on my hair.... even when I need to get it done (lol). LOVE THIS PLACE.
Got haircut and highlights done. When asked if I wanted it blown out, I said no. It's so humid outside that it will frizz up, I told the stylist, so I'd rather not pay for that. She agreed and said she'd put in some product so I could wear it curly. She put in quite a bit. Then took out the blow dryer and ran it over my hair on low real quick to set it. Then sprayed a ton of hairspray so it turned into a sticky mess. Then I was charged for a blow out and when I told the receptionist my hair was obviously not blown out she said, we could dry it more instead of refunding the money they erroneously charged me. I paid, I tipped, went home and washed and blew it out myself. I won't be returning.
The previous review had NOTHING to do with the services this salon provides. They are great professionals and the friendly staff is always willing to accommodate you! I won't go anywhere else. That said, the previous reviewer got her tail feathers ruffled over an encounter over her dog getting loose. You don't bash a business you've never used over something like that. Really? Maybe she was a bit over sensitive! You never know.
