Choosing a hair salon is often a blend of personal taste and practical considerations. Key factors to consider include the stylist's experience, customer reviews, salon atmosphere, cleanliness, and the range of services provided. Personal recommendations from friends or colleagues can also be a great way to find a salon. It might be worthwhile to visit a few salons or have consultations to gauge comfort and service.

Weekends, especially Saturday mornings and afternoons, are often peak times for many hair salons. Additionally, weekday evenings can be busier due to clients visiting post-work. It's always a smart move to book in advance, but if you prefer a quieter environment, you can ask Dollar Cuts about their less hectic hours.
I was right away when after I walked in I see a very small sign on the counter saying that a line cuts are $7 and up more than a regular cut. I'm sorry but I think that is ridiculous. I thought you go in, sit in the chair and you are asked how you want it cut. A haircut is a haircut and charging more for individual style of cuts is greedy and laziness. The customer service here is terrible and the people that work there are unprofessional.
Online price are false advertisment, went in for eyelash extensions and online the price is $60. When i paid i was charged when i brought this to there attention they told me it said 60 and up when i went back online to see if i was wrong NO they were wrong. I have contacted them after and they tell me im wrong. My eyelashes were not even on top of all this and did not extend to the full extent of my eye lid on one eye... very disappointed was hoping for better.. :( tried to talk to store manager but was told to call wednesday as she would be gone til than, but today is saturday not happy for a wait to resolve this if it even gets resolved.... shame on you dollar cuts for false advertisement and not updating your info and than blaming the customer...
First time here and Taylor did my hair. She was amazing and I absolutely love my hair. She gave me some great tips on how to style my hair to get more volume! I will be coming back for sure!
It has been a very long time since anyone has made me this upset with customer service, or the lack there of, but I urge you all to consider finding a new hair dresser if you currently get your hair done here. After all, you get what you pay for, hence the name of the salon! I don't get many opportunities to make appointments and so when I do, they are kept with a zeal. 6:00 appointment for a trim and admittedly I walk in at 6:03. 6:03 people! Not only has she put another client in a chair and started working on her, she says something snotty to me about people who are late to their appointment. 3 minutes? With a salon full of walk-ins? I remind her that I had an appointment, not a walk-in, and she again says something snotty to me about being late. Really? You want to talk about 3 minutes when I have waited much longer in the past for them to finish up previous clients? Guess walk-ins who never tip beat repeat customers who are generous. Not for this gal EVER again. I would have waited had she been professional but two snotty comments does not a recommendation make!
Worst experience I have ever had. Rocio and her stuff are rude and lack experience and customer service. Don't waste your time or money. Best place to go in Rose Park is Family Cuts.
