Just had nails done one week ago, for the first time ever having Dipping Powder,  have I had nails that are cracking in several places. I had nail with powder and a no polish pedicure. I paid $80 plus I gave Eric a $10 tip. Never again, I do my nail every 3-4 weeks but it's only been a week and I can't get through to them and being disabled needing assistance to get around I'm unable to get back there, the person who assists me in getting around is away for another week, I'm stuck and disappointed.

Becky is amazing!! She is very talented and gets your nails looking very good.
Make sure to ask for her! She can do the most simplest nails to anything you find on social media!!!

If i could give a zero I seriously would. the only reason why i'm even toning down my reaction is because the kind man who did my nails was funny. The manager himself had an awful attitude, calculated prices from the top of his head, and was overall just rude. My nails came out horribly and don't look professional at all. Not cleaned, messy lines. no cuticle prep. It's to the point that my fingers actually hurt and i can see chipping but i just got them done yesterday. Don't be fooled by the fake images they use because you won't revive that when you go. Also the quality in service has really gone down it's shameful almost

This is my second bad experience here. I won't have a 3rd. Please don't be fooled by the pictures. I let a new tech do my nails Sunny. I was prepping for my cousins bday party. She used her own acrylic and I thought that it would be good. Well I paid $65 and even tipped. ( I believe in tipping for services.) polish came off the next day. Nails lifted two days later. Very upset, I believe in giving people chances but this is ridiculous. If I believed they would fix the issue I wouldn't leave a bad review. But judging on how they made my 15 year old cousin cry bc they lied on having the experience to do a design verses being honest and saying they can't don't it. ( she was supposed to wear the nails to her birthday party the next day) they acted like they didn't want to fix it. Just avoid this salon. It's a waste of time. I guess they do ok eyebrows. The issue here is they are not honest. If they would just tell the truth and adjust their prices to reflect that. It may not be an issue.

If I could give no star I would. Their customer service is horrible. I was telling the lady from the beginning I didn't like the way she was doing my nails she kept going and saying she would fix it at the end. They were still looking horrible. Never again will I come here. The lady started screaming getting mad at me for not having good customer service. Luckily a guy that works here offered to fixed them.
