This is my second haircut with Nhi whom was recommended to me by a gal at my gym.
My haircut looks fantastic and Nhi really takes her time to communicate well to make sure that she gets what you want and then she goes above and beyond to deliver. She is kind and a very talented stylist who uses a wide range of really excellent products.
The only drawback is it's also part of a nail salon and has that vibe with all the chit chat that you can't understand a word of. Nhi is an excellent at cuts and I would recommend her with confidence!
If you want to do your hair with Nhi Hinh please for your own sake, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE‼ I will try to summarize.
I had a beautiful blonde but wanted to change to Auburn. I was told to go with her since she has years of experience. I reached out, asked her if she feels confident doing auburn in my hair which she says yes; set up an appointment and meet. I clarified I DID NOT WANT COPPER, I wanted auburn. As simple as that. The day comes, what she did was nothing like auburn, it was ORANGE with PURPLE/VIOLET roots! At the moment it wasn't as bad so I let it be. I was charged $350 for my hair!!! The days go by and after 3 washes the orange color FADES OFF HORRIBLY. I can't really fully describe the way my hair was. Completely dry, damaged, all brassiness. It was wrong, IT WAS ALL WRONG. The color and the texture.I reached out and ask her to fix it which she says will be &75 more!!! I was very freaked out, desperate that I agreed. Went back there, color was back but the texture only got swords. 3 washes later , guess what??? The orange fades off again and my hair just gets worse. At that point I didn't know what to do. I only knew she was not the answer. I went to a professional place where they confirmed the negligence she had done to my hair. Next, I nicely reached out, asked her for a 50% refund which she denied saying that my hair was good the two times o left the salon. I payed $425 to have nice hair for 5 DAYS!!! I payed $425 for having my hair ruined.
This person does not take any accountability for what she did to my hair. She has no ethics.

I have been seeing May for over 5 years for my eyelashes. They always look amazing. May is attentive and I trust her completely. The Salon is always clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Dep Beauty Bar!
