I made an appointment for a Mani/Pedi. The appointment maker told me 2:00pm. I made arrangements for my husband to drop me off at 2:00pm. Fine and dandy. I called the day before to confirm, was told that my appointment was for 2:30pm, not 2:00pm. I told my husband the appointment was at 2:30pm not 2:00pm. I get dropped off and am told when I arrived that my appointment was at 2:00pm. I said I called and confirmed yesterday and was told it was at 2:30pm. I was told the person who confirmed the appointment didn't see the other service. Like that was my fault? I had to choose which service I wanted. They didn't have time for both services. I was not pleased with the pedicure I received. I won't be going back.
This nail salon is amazing! The owners are awesome and definetly take credit in their work. They have an assortment of dipping powders. Jolly was amazing and made sure my nails were perfect for my wedding day. They treated us like family and remembered our names and coversated with us the entire time we were there. I recommend this place!!
I love coming in to get my nails done and knowing I can trust everyone there to do a great job on anything you need! And if it's not done how you like it, they'll fix it! The atmosphere is always so welcoming, you'll feel like family by the time you leave! They do walk-ins or appointments. They can hook you up with pretty much any design you want too!
