Dav nails, Inside Choctaw Wal-Mart in Choctaw, OK

My mother and law and I have been going here for years. It is convenient and the nail techs have always been nice. However, i went by myself today and was already having a bad day. I've always had great experiences here for the most part. I walk in and as I'm waiting the older lady nail tech was being rude to another customer. The customer had wanted something that they couldn't do and they told her they couldn't do that and she was like oh okay that's fine I just won't have them painted then. The nail tech proceeded to keep talking negatively. The customer was super nice about the whole thing and was just like no it's okay i don't have time for it I'll just continue doing my feet I think I just misunderstood. The nail tech was being super rude for no reason and the customer wasn't going to take it anymore which is understandable so she took her feet out of the water and left. The nail tech then turned to me and told me to get in the chair so she could do my nails. She had asked what i wanted and i said I was thinking about doing red oval French tips on all of my fingers except my ring finger and doing a white oval French tip on my ring finger. She said okay and filed my nails. Probably about five minutes later (while she was still filing my nails, not applying color yet) i had said I think I'll actually just do solid red on all of my fingers except my ring finger and solid white on my ring finger instead of doing the colored French tips. She immediately shot up out of her chair yanked the towel from underneath my hands, grabbed my phone and pointed to another chair and said I don't understand you you changed your mind (points to younger nail tech) she will do it for you instead. I was kind and i said oh no I was just saying and before I could get more out she put her hand up at me and shook her head while telling me to move. I did as she asked and started crying beacause i had already not been having a great day. I am very disappointed and upset that this even happened. I get that everyone can have their bad days but being rude to a customer is not how to keep business. I didn't even end up with what i wanted because i was too afraid to speak up to the younger nail tech. The younger one was very kind and knew that i was upset and offered me water. Needless to say I probably will not be going back.

Worst place ever. I have  been getting my nails done since I was 16 off and on. Never again. I have never had a spot under my natural nails much less missing fingernails in my life. I can't even stand looking at nails much less the pain it has caused.

There is a reason the reviews are so bad! I took my 12-year-old to get nails for school and they look terrible!!! The lady was rude too...my daughter called me over to look at the length and before I got there, she said, "oh my God," like she was irritated with me for making sure they weren't too long. She plays softball so they can't be. My daughter didn't tell me until I got home. I will be back tomorrow to get them redone and to make sure they know I don't appreciate how they treated us.

I will never go back to this nail salon!!
It's sad ; because they have a great selection of pedicures and a nice selection of nail services; but pay no attention to detail.  I sat for an hour and a half waiting for a pedicure; and the water was scolding hot!!!!
then when I ask for the simple list of a design on a specific toe ; they acted like I had asked for diamonds to be stuck to my toes!  Then I had asked for a soak off on my nails ; and new tips to be put on.  Instead of soaking them off ; they wanted to pry them off!   And then proceeded to tell me that it didn't hurt my nails....even though it peels off layers;  after I kept complaining they finally decided to soak the remaining ones off.

worst place ever to get your nails done. took my father here for father's day for a manicure and they did nothing but destroy his hands. all they did was soak his hands in COLD water and chop his cuticles so bad they bled. we will definitely not be returning. i always heard good comments about this place but they were WRONG. he's cuticles are swollen and more than likely infected. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
