my mom had came in to get a hair cut from a lady named Jen. When coming in my mother had long beautiful hair. When she walked out her hair was butchered. Thats not even the worsted part,  the lady Jen that cut her hair thought it be a good idea to take a picture of it and send it to her friends like it was a laughing matter,after she had knew my mother wasn't happy with the cut .It was embarrassing to my mother made her feel small and then all the owner wanted to do was give a free cut and some leave in conditioner. Like why would my mother want to go back to a place that they let there employees belittle customers.

I am new to the area and was recommended by someone to this salon and book with Layla, my fiancé called a few weeks ago to get me in for a highlight and left a message on their voicemail we waited a week and still hadn't heard from anyone so I decided to call and was able to get the front desk I told her I would like to speak with Layla and she said that she could leave a message for her to call me as soon as she gets a second (keep in mind I'm only asking to book an appointment) so I told her that was fine and left her my email and my phone number after waiting for 5 hours I finally get a call but could not pick up because I was driving and had the kids in the car but the voicemail stated that it was Layla and to give her a call back so we could book something so after dropping off the kids I called her back (within 30 minutes) only to be told by the receptionist that she had already gone for the day. At this point I'm frustrated but still hopeful and ask the receptionist to please call or text her and let her know I returned her call and to please call me or email me so I could send her pictures and somewhat touch base with her so here we are two days later and I have yet to be contacted by anyone from the salon 4 attempts to just get a highlight!!! I will not waste my money here if they can't have the proper customer service to get you in I can't imagine how it is when you do get in. I will make sure I let anyone who asks to avoid this salon and don't waste your time like I did!!!!

This place was a little hard to find because it is co-located with a condo complex.  However, I called the salon and my stylist was awesome and guided me there, staying on the phone until she saw me and we made eye contact.

I'm new to Charleston and was looking for a place to get my hair done.  Danielle was recommended to me by a coworker.  After I explained what I wanted done, she did just that and did a bit of texturizing too, which was great and just added to the style.  Danielle is extremely sweet and did a great job.  I will be going back to see her.  The prices are very reasonable, by the way.

This is a great, clean, reasonably priced salon. I love Candice and all my friends go to the other owner, Kate, and they all love her. You can't go wrong with one of them!
