Da-Vi Nails in Triadelphia, WV

Took my sister for a treat of a pedi. I paid for the volcano the most expensive one they offer and it was horrible. The stone massage consisted of the lady rubbing stones over my leg twice and then she was done. The regular leg massage was not much better. She pretty much beat on my legs for about 30 seconds and she was done Forget the calluses I still have them. She was rude most of the time until I said I guess well there goes the tip then she started trying to be friendly. Got home. Two days later, the extra I paid for gel finish which came off 2 of my nails. My sister did not have much of a better experience but I'll let her tell her story.

I went here yesterday, was only one person working Jordan.  The mail service was ok, but the customer service was terrible.  She was on her phone speaking in a foreign language the whole time of doing my nails.  She even stopped doing my nails  several times to pull out her cell phone and send messages and continue talking.  This is very rude and a good way for me not to ever go back.

this was my second visit to this salon. The first time I had the technician with long hair not sure what her name was but she was wonderful she did pedicure manicure and was absolutely great. I went back the second time to get my nails filled in as they had grown out and the gel was only halfway up my nail so I went to have it filled in. The person I had the first time was busy so I got the other person the lady with short hair. She was on the phone the entire time and speaking in Vietnamese so I wasn't even sure if she was talking to me or someone else. she started to get rushed because they started to get busy so she was rushing on my nails she told me to go back and set and let them air-dry which I did but while I was waiting I noticed three of my nails were blemished one was even missing polish on one spot I told her about it and she just kind of looked at me came over hastily tried to repair it and told me to wait another 10 minutes when I told her that there was still a problem with the third nail she came over again and tried to repair it this time she put me under the nail dryer when the nail dryer was kicked off she told me I was done she didn't check my nails or anything I went over to pay and she just took the money and said thanks have a good day when I got outside I realized that two of my nails were still not right they had rough marks on them like something had touched them while they were wet and one is even missing a lot of the covering or the dip that she told me I should have on the side. when I went there the first time this lady was actually doing a pedicure on another lady and was very rough with that customer and the customer kept telling her she was hurting her and she just told the customer she had tender feet. If you go there and I don't recommend it but if you do make sure you get the check with the long hair she's wonderful the short haired person is just horrible

Highly recommend only one person at this salon. Yen is amazing. I don't feel rushed which is so nice when you are paying for services. Highly recommend Yen. I had a pedicure by Jody today. Worst pedicure I've ever had. She barks at clients. No leg massage. Put scrub on leg and immediately washed off.  Charged me $5 to take off gel polish which I don't mind, but really take it off completely Worst pedicure person I've had in 40 years. Should not be in a client facing business. Terrible customer service by this person. Owner needs to address

Absolutely appalling manicure. First issue is that they are understaffed. Two techs working. Matte black gel polish seems simple enough, but the tech was incapable of applying gel nail polish. The sides and tips of the nail have noticeable bare areas and  rest is noticeably thick and bumpy. There's glitter from a previous customer and lint trapped between the matte top coat and black polish. The other gentleman who tried to repair the matte finish applied acetone to my fingers several times along with the nails,which resulted in a mild chemical burn and matte clear polish/lint stuck to my fingers.  The manicure still looks horrific. The second nail tech said he's not the boss, and there's nothing more he can do. He said he will fix me up next time. There won't be a next time. I paid $35 for unconscionably substandard work.
