Have been going here six years. never disappointed with precision that the ladies perform for both pedicures and manicures.
My nails are perfect!!! It was a "trust the process" kind of thing! Would be 5 starts because best nails I've had in YEARS!! 2 or 3 complaints: 1.) burned my nail beds right off the bat and made me jerk 2 times like a burn. 2.) artist was rather rude. At first thought she was just quiet but the more I listened and wateched her interact with other. It was rude. Not quiet.
If I could give zero stars I would....does not open when they say. I sat there for an HR waiting for them to open. (Supposed to open at 10, didn't show until 11) asked them for acrylics with ombre nail polish.(I showed them a pic) they told me they could not do nails with ombre, and that the phone camera changes the color of the nails I had shown them(load of crap) yet they had that as an option on their nail polish selections. Afterward my nails are lopsided and excess glue under my nails and on the sides. When trying to separate my skin from the glue they proceeded to try separating my skin from my actual nail, very painful! These people did not know what they are doing.
This place doesn't open whenever they say. I have been waiting here for 45 minutes after they were supposed to open.They finally showed up. They were out getting Starbucks instead of opening on time this is ridiculous and I am not satisfied with our service
