Oh my goodness!!! I hesitated to come here because of peoples previous long-ago comments... I recently moved to Fayetteville and was canceled at another salon and so about four months ago I stopped in to see if they could get me in. Sandy squeezed me in at the end of a very long day. I have never had a better pedicure ,massage and manicure anywhere including any big city. Sandy is kind, sweet,a lover of Jesus with a true servants heart. She has become Not only my manicurist but a good friend, I would highly recommend trying her yourselves!
So I walk in, there is literally no one in the salon and I ask for a pedicure. It's pretty early in the morning. They flat out tell me they're too busy for me and to make an appointment for Monday. WHAT. I'm from out of town and wouldn't waste the time anyway. There are more people who work there present then people getting serviced. Don't waste your time.
They were very busy on Mother's day weekend and still made time for me as a walk-in for a Gel Mani and a Pedi. Was very happy with the service and the outcome. Will go back!
I should have read the reviews. It will be an extra $10 if you are a man. (Prices were posted on the wall but not this "surcharge".)
I went in on a Friday when they're very busy and came out not happy with the results. I thought before leaving a bad review, I should give them a chance to make it right, so I went back in Monday (today). Without hesitation, Sandy made it her priority to make me happy and redid the whole thing, no problem.
