I stopped going to this salon because, the new stylists aren't monitored by the more experienced stylists. I would go in for a shampoo, cut, color, and blow dry. My stylists wouldn't use brushes to blow dry my hair. I would leave embarrassed, and I would have to redo my hair at home. I looked worse when I left than when I went in the salon. I talked with my stylist, and she simply refused to give a proper blow dry. She must hate that part of the job. Management should watch the newbies. I wouldn't even get the style I wanted. My stylist would try to convince me she angled my cut. FYI It should look angled.
