First time and last time!!!
I went online and did the virtual check-in which stated there was no wait. 10 minutes later I arrived at the salon and there were several people waiting. Stood there for a couple of minutes and older lady asked if I checked in, told her yes. She replied to don't go by that and it's just first come first serve. Said would be around 30 minutes, I told her fine. Sat there and the people ahead of we got served and all of a sudden the door opened and a man walked in. She asked him if he checked in online she said ok and took him to her station. Less than 3 minutes later another man walked in and same thing, another lady took him back to her station. At this point asked the lady who is the manager that I had checked in online and why is she taking everybody else. She just stood there with a dumb look on her face and said nothing. Told her they just lost a customer for not just today but would never step into her salon again. Never did apologize or nothing. Will also send message to corporate on how they take care of their customers. THIS IS NOT HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS.
Masks required 5/29/21, not friendly about it either.
No seating, not comfortable
My teenagers had their masks, and needed haircut bad so I left them.
Haircuts weren't great but acceptable - but we won't go back.

I'm picky I did hair hair for seven years myself. Amanda is great. I highly recommend her. They offer military discount.
VERY unprofessional. One person tells you that you don't need an appointment, then you call back a short time later and someone else says they can't do what you need because they're all booked up for the rest of the day. Not to mention the loud sigh of annoyance when I asked the lady on the phone if anyone could do a simple color. Will not be taking my business here.
