CUTE NAILS & SPA in Horn Lake, MS

The ratings speak for themselves. I went because Sunday is the only day I have for me time. This place sucks!!!!! I sat here for an hour to only get the worst pedicure with unprofessional service! Never again will I go I feel so bad for cheating on Glossy Nails!!! The people are rude and the sign in system is pointless.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars!!! This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been too. You're basically paying for the scenery because I am not pleased with the service AT ALL! The salon is aesthetically pleasing but the customer service is beyond horrible!!!!! Pedicure was a complete waste of money. They price gouge because I was told $50 for the basic pedicure while another client walked in & was quoted $40 (I took it very personal because I wasn't pleased from the beginning). The guy that did my nails was very RUDE. First I found a very pretty pinkish color and decided to go with it. He only painted one layer and I couldn't see the color at all!! The next thing that rubbed me the wrong was the nail tech coughing over my hands throughout the entire process. Businesses should use safety protocols... if employees are sick.. they should stay home!! This was a very horrible experience. I lost my best friend days before my visit and I wanted to enjoy a self care day but it turned out a disater!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!!!! CUTE NAILS in Hornlake are OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED!!!!!!

I went on a Saturday and they did not have many customers.... I SEE WHY

I was charged $30 for a color change. I didn't expect to pay that much. I had not been here in the last two years because they cut my foot the last time. New people were there so I gave them a shot. I ended up paying more for a color change and a dip than I have paid for a dip and pedicure. I won't be going back ever!!

i was waiting up there for almost an hour and i kept getting skipped i was about to walk out and then the lady was starting to start on my nails. then she walked off to her other client, while i was waiting a black girl showed up to do my nails and started on them, as she was starting on them she would stop in between to text her friends like..... as she started back she had this drilling tool and was going around my nail and it was burning. she took this green liquid and put it on two of my fingers and it started burning like what the hell?? so she does my nails and i asked for a design a little heart and like she was trying her best but eventually i was like ok thats fine since i got it for free. after the service was done i didn't realize the shape was terrible some was think and chunky, longer then the other i was like.....? but then i also looked at my fingers and didn't realize this girl had cut me twice i was like hell naw. so i called up there and i was telling them the run down and he was sounding irritated too baby don't be irritated cause you work a 8-7! baby y'all irritated I'm irritated we all gone be irritated till my nails is right. so he said "i can do that for free" i was like ok. so the day after i had called cause i got my nails done on the 13th my birthday and called the next day so the 14th then the next day the 15 is when i came up there. chileeeeeee i went up there and i was telling dude up front what i called about ol' girl gone come up and was like whats the problem and i was like my shape wrong ima get em fixed like i'm supposed do be scared or sum ion know what it was but most definitely don't walk up cause u f*ed up so i get to the chair and he was like "whats wrong whats wrong "and i was like the shape wrong and he was like "i don't see whats wrong with the shape" i guess he summoned this other lady cause where she come from idk. so she was like "whats wrong wit your nail" i was like the shape jacked up they was like theres nothing wrong i was like y'all betta figure some out we gone be here all day i got time(i didn't say it out loud) but he get to fixing my shape and clearly if it looked better something was wrong but anyways waited on my ride and btw as they were examining they were laughing and saying some slick in they language like i wont wipe out this translator and have u repeat it bffr. end of the story dont walk a step, arm, foot, leg, shoulder, knees and toes in this place it ain it!

I love this place they never fail me. I miss Britany I hope she's doing well in Texas. Since she moved I always get the same tech and I'm always satisfied.
