Had a horrible experience all around. Called over the phone to make an appointment for my birthday and was told to come in at 10am that day. Got there and said they had me on the books for the next Saturday just to be called two hours later and told to come in. Showed stylist my hair and said I just wanted a red gloss and cut, not a root touch up or full dye (reference picture showed below). I left with my hair looking almost brown and dark red in the sunlight, not the red I arrived with or showed in inspo pics. She was also very rough with the application and shampooing, even though I told her I had fresh ear piercings and asked her to be a little careful. Both stylist and fellow worker tried to tell me that my hair is what I asked for, even though it wasn't. Didn't even get a style that was supposed to come with a hair cut. Will not be coming back or recommending.
Rita is still the fastest most painless Brazilian waxing you will ever get. She is absolutely amazing. She gets all the hair and makes you feel calm clean and relaxed. I wish I could give her 10 stars.

This salon is a drive for me from Kennesaw, but the stylist that I see is worth the trip. Every visit, I have a negative experience in not being acknowledged by the receptionist or anyone else in the front office. They do not welcome me or my partner and never ask if we need assistance or who we are there to see. Today the receptionist just filed her nails.
