CU Nails in Shirley, NY

I walked into this nail salon and it was quiet and empty. I asked if I could get a fillin. I was told no one had time for me. There were NO customers there. Very rude and I'd never go back. Do not recommend.

very unprofessional, i called them for manicure and pedicure they just did my feet and didn't do my fingers and asked me to come back. What the heck is that, they don't know if you're working and tell you when you have to come to do the rest. I was so very upset cause I have to go out wit my husband that night .

Service not great. I came in wifey for mani pedi. They gave me 3 different girls this time. 1 for pedi which was good especially the foot massage. The mani was rushed super fast and I asked the girl if she knew how to buff she said yes but the buff came out unprofessional. I was able to see the file marks on every nail and wasn't shined. Then I got a chair massage man this little girl just took my money she ain't do nothing for me. All in $270 for me and my wife. Money isn't the issue it's the poor rushed service. Better customer service /finished product better customer review / clientele poor rushed service bad review only come in when absolutely have too.

I moved into the area. CU has been there for me all through my adjustment to Shirley. They are friendly and knowledgeable the place is clean and plays nice music. A nice place to go when you need your nails done or just to relax and get a massage. Came back after the pandemic & it's better than ever .. clean with stellar health practices! The pandemic kept me in self quarantine so no nail salon. So happy for the relaxing, careful & professional care I get at CU. Say hello to Charles.

So I used to like coming here until they started running their business totally unprofessionally. Their online hours along with their on the door hours states they open at 10, yet every morning they don't show up until 10:30, so why have us make an appointment for 10? I left and came back the next day and made a new appointment for 4. Yet again they were way behind schedule And didnt take me untill 4:45 pm. I only stayed because at that time no where else had available appointments and i needed them done for a shower they next morning. When I mentioned to them i had somewhere i had to be, hence why i made the appointment for the time i did, i was met with complete attitude and told theyre plenty busy that if they don't like the way they run their business i can leave and find another place to get my nails. I have never dealt with something like this before. Definitely don't recommend!
