When I requested a fix for my nails, she not only refused but also discussed the issue with her colleagues, leading to an uncomfortable situation. To add to my disappointment, I was charged $20 for the removal of the unsatisfactory nails. This experience was unpleasant, and I have decided not to return. I will be sharing my negative experience with others who may be considering your salon.
Was very pleased with the service until I left and my nails Gel nails was coming off. Went back to have it repaired and had to keep going back for them to repair it. After the second time I decided I will not return. I tried Gel nails for the first time and it wasn't worth the price I paid thought it would last for a good week. Guess I was wrong!!!
Jimmy and Henry are the best. They normally can get me in within 10-20 minutes of waiting if they are really busy. I like those artsy nail designs and they bring them to life for me. Great nail shop!!
I always go to CT nails to get a spa pedicure, but yesterday I decided to get a full set acrylic nails. It has been years since I got my nails done!! lol but I'm sooo pleased with the results! Henry is always entertaining and he did an amazing job on my nails, I will definitely come back to get my nails done by him again!!
If i could give zero stars i would. Horrible customer service i would never recommend. Charged me more than the service cost and i didn't get what i wanted. Save your money and go somewhere else
