Crystal Nails in Burnet, TX

This salon is dirty. They do not properly clean their tools and equipment. I should have left the minute I entered. I had a pedicure (gel), it is bumpy and the gel bleeds into my skin, it is already flaking off after 3 days. I had dip on my nails, it was horrible. I showed him my shape at the beginning, he completely ruined my current shape, the color was white and started to yellow after 3 days, my nails have started chipping after one week. The purpose of dipping is to not use a drill. He drilled on my hands the entire time. DO NOT GO HERE. The worst part was how dirty the place is.

Nice people, but seems like they don't know what there doing. Nails are crooked. Bubbles in the acrylic polish. Why is the white so long? I do not recommend.

I like that I can go in without an appointment and be seen without a problem. She nicely let me know that if an appointment came in she'd have to help them first Does a great job.

So, I'm going to give them two stars, just because the lady was nice. But I gotta start with bless her heart... ughhhh... dude, I'm pretty sure none of the tools were disinfected. It was one of those moments of "I'm in the cesspool before I figured out there was a problem". I swear, half my yelps are "why the heck didn't I look here first"!?! Twenty minutes later the entire process was done and I had a shotty polish job that I'm pretty sure most second graders could do a better job and eyebrows from 2001, so, you basically can't see them...awesome. I'll report back if my toenails fall off.

I've given this place my business several times, This is my 4th try. I am very busy and have a hard time fitting in time to get my nails done. The first time I got a full set by the "husband". Nails were okay, not great. Had acrylic all over my hands and a few nails were slightly off, but nothing too bad. Second time, the wife gave my daughter and I pedicures and all went well. She was very kind and her son ( who stays in the business 24/7) was very sweet & well mannered. I was close by and desperately needed a new set. , so I went in today to give them one more try. I needed to get old nails off and a new set. After some confusion because of the language barrier, I decided on a full set of gel nails. He started working on me & 3 nails on one hand and 1 on the other are very obviously crooked. I told him three times that they were off. He didn't fix them. I called my daughter in for her opinion and we both agreed they looked awful. He Continued to file on one hand until they were all very short and more off center. 1 1/2 hours later, nails are still crooked and I don't have time for him to pull off 4 nails and start over, bc I have another appt today. I let him know that I wasn't pleased with the way they looked and he basically said there was nothing he could do. I got up with my nails un finished/un polished and he still charged me $35. Do not waste your time going here ! You will not be happy!
