First time here....got my hair cut by the owner himself. Love what he did to my hair!!

I went there today and while my hair looks and feels great and the owner was super nice, the hairdresser I had made me feel REALLY uncomfortable. As I sat down in the chair and she was combing she asked if I'd just had a baby then if I had thyroid issues or if I was taking medication. I kept answering with 'noo....' But she just kept asking me. Turns out she was concerned about all the hair she had combed out of my scalp but she could have gone about it in a much better way. I might go back but I'm not sure yet.

I went in with pretty light (very long) hair wanting to get highlights and Tracey was doing them for me. She left the bleach in my hair for hours and she would stop frequently to clean bleach off of the chair/desk/floor because she was very messy with it. When she finally rinsed out the bleach my hair was white and falling out; it felt like gum after you chew it for a very long time. When she was getting ready to blow dry it she told me to "Flip my head over" so it could dry faster but i knew that was just going to tangle my already messy, unmanageable, damaged hair. At that point i was getting pretty irritated (and sad to be honest) so i just let her blow dry it. Like i said my hair was the worst from my shoulders down and she would not stop brushing it even after i asked her to stop (it was breaking the more the brushed) and then she got mad because i told her that. She was panicking and i asked her to cut it to my shoulders. She wanted to cut my hair while it was dry but that wasn't going to happen because my hair was singed so it wasn't going to budge. She kept arguing and yelling at me and the manager (Johnny) had to step in and calm her down, but she wasn't having it so she got a trash bag and put all of her equipment in it and left. I was left in the chair with horrible hair. Lucky Johnny told me to come back the next day for a haircut and a treatment. I ended up cutting it to my shoulders but my hair felt very soft and it didn't feel like it was going to fall out. Please don't get your hair colored or bleached by Tracey Fletcher she is very rough with it and needs more experience and people skills.
