I waited for a couple weeks before writing this review to make sure I didn't write it out of anger. After two weeks of living with this haircut I am ready to make my review. I had the worst experience I have ever had at this salon. My girlfriend and I received gift cards to Copage so we decided to try them out. My hairdresser was Holly and hers was the manager (Michelle I think was her name). My hairdresser took nearly two hours to give me a trim. I have short hair and all i needed was some clean up. I went home with crooked bangs and nothing else to really show for this. My haircut cost me $50. My girlfriend also was only in need of a trim. She has a semi short A-line and she likes to keep it wavy. Her hairdresser not only cut the A-line away so her hair is now completely even all the way around, she straightened her hair and styled it in a way she would never wear it. HER haircut took only 15 minutes and cost her $55! Can someone please explain to me how this even happened. Holly seemed extremely new as the manager would come and check on her ever so often and Holly would explain her ever move as if she were being tested. I also witnessed her drop a comb on the floor, pick it up and continue using it. This is a HUGE hair-salon No-No. I do not recommend this salon at all and I will never go back.
