I have been to this nail salon twice, while in town visiting my college student. I was there on Sunday, and we waited 1 1/2 hours for a pedicure!!! Yes we actually were dumb enough to stick around. I should have left after 30 minutes; however the point was to get a pedicure for my daughter.... Which we did. If you go, ask how long the wait is before committing.
Pretty dependable salon, I've never had anything done that I disliked, and the service is usually good!
Made a reservation today at 5pm, showed up 5 minutes before my appointment just to see all of the technicians just starting full sets on 6 customers (sorority group) with no reservation. I am so disappointed, I needed my nails done today before I went out of town and this was the only time I had available. All because they didn't uphold my reservation I booked TODAY on the phone with them this morning.
A friend recommend them to me and I should've gone to my regular salon. My expectations were not met and I will not come back.
I had an appointment for this salon, I was getting tips with dip. The lady proceeded to rush through making my nails crooked and lumpy. I think they should take their time especially if I have an appointment. I understand that they where busy and needed to get other done. I would much rather go to top nails!
