Waited over an hour WITH AN APPOINTMENT. It was a Saturday so I understand they were probably busy but that's why I made an appointment. Nobody greeted me or asked if I had an appointment until 20 min after I sat down. The lady who was working on another customer came and told me it will be like 10 mins because they fell behind. Ok, I can understand that, but then to have a walk in customer after me get seated in the chair ready to get a pedicure and I'm still waiting was ridiculous. Place just seemed very unprofessional to me..it was the waiting and waiting, no one acknowledging their customers, to having a walk in customer after me get seen first what bothered me. Makes me wonder what the point of an appointment is. Save your money and time and go somewhere else!
My daughter and I go there regularly. It is always very clean. The operators are very friendly and professional.
It's a simple place to get a pedicure, cash only on Saturdays. Staff was nice but not to talkative but I think over all it's a ok place to go
Not a good placeto get nails done. I took my daughter they were over booked. So when it was our turn they rushed though our nails . she didn't even push our cuticels back. Bumps and very marshaped. Will never go back.
