I came to get my hair cut and they did a really great job. It can be hard to find a good place that can do Asian hair well, but I really liked how mine turned out!

I've been looking for Asian hair cutter who specializes with Asian hair. I'm happy I looked around on Yelp to find Mr. Kim's salon. He did a nice job cutting my hair. The price is descent too. His salon may not be all high end fancy-shmancy $$$, but he's a great hair cutter and a wonderful man. I will definitely take my business here in the future. It's worth the drive for me. No more long drive to Scottsdale!

I have been looking for a salon that would cut my hair the way I want. I have wanted a layered haircut, which means that the hair is cut on a 45 degree angle. But every salon I have gone to has cut my hair on a 90 degree angle so instead of it blending it looks like rows of straight lines. Finally someone who knew what I was talking about. I love my hair now. Mr. Kim is wonderful. Never will go anywhere else. I will sing my praises of this great salon to everyone I talk to.

I won't go anywhere else for a haircut. Amazing results at the price point . Always does exactly what I ask for, honestly, my hair has never been healthier. The location is nothing fancy but definitely delivers glamorous results from high end salons.

I have been remiss in not updating my review. I have been coming here since June 2021 for the Japanese Thermal Straightening and have been so very happy with the results. The kindness of Mr. Kim and the care taken by everyone who works there with the clients is awesome. They are very kind and never comment on my inexplicable penchant for falling asleep while getting the service done. I would say that says more about them than me and the fact that I am so comfortable in this space when people are applying chemicals to my hair that I can let my guard down and fall asleep. The price is generally the same no matter how frequently or infrequently you get the service done but, to me, it's totally worth the price. The length of time to complete the service is the same, so it would make rational sense to me that the price be the same. I feel so much better after getting the service done. I also never feel pressured to get a trim or do anything else with my hair. Mr. Kim cuts or trims only when I've asked him to and even then, he's very cognizant of how much to take off. I generally tell him, cut whatever needs to be cut, it's just hair. No matter where I live in this valley, I will still come back to Mr. Kim for this service. 100% worth it.
