I have arrived before they open several times. They NEVER open on time. There is always a line before they open. This morning I arrived 30 mins prior. I was the second person in the parking lot. When they finally opened about 20 minutes late a bunch of teenage girls rushed in front of me. I have now been here for 2 hours waiting and still have three of the teenage girls in front of me. I haven't be able to do anything for myself in over 6 months because I have baby that will not take a bottle. I finally was able to come today and may not even be able to wait the whole time. They don't take appointments and they close before my husband even gets off work. So unless you can devote your entire day to waiting, don't come here.
I decided to treat myself to a manicure for my birthday. They do accept walk-ins and got me in pretty quickly. They have a wide selection of colors and products. I opted for the gel manicure. They spent a lot of time cleaning up my cuticles, but the technician passed me off to another employee. It was $35 plus another $1 for using a credit card. There were no special touches--no hand massage or even lotion. The 2nd tech put oil on my cuticles and was like "rub that in" LOL. They seem like nice people. I tipped them $10 and thanked them for their time. I had some lotion in my car that I used post-service.
Charged $20 for a color change! Poor quality! And the wait was ridiculous! I will not return!
Overall not impressed with any aspect of this place. Waited well over an hour and half before someone asked what color I was going with. THEN waited 30 more minutes before actually starting. so 2 hours and 30 minutes later I walk out with a rushed manicure & was still charged 55 dollars. Won't be back & wouldn't recommend.
Got may nails done here for my daughter's wedding. Mani and pedi was very sloppy and super pricey!!
