I adore this place! I've been coming to Tyler and crew for 3 years and will never go anywhere else! Great nails, great eyebrows, the facial is top notch! I got a facial from Tyler, then went somewhere else a month later bc I had a gift certificate and ended up paying significantly more for a sub par facial. Tyler is gifted at creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere perfect for a treat-yourself experience. Highly recommend Charming Nail Salon!

Womp. The search continues for a reputable nail salon in the area! We recently moved to Towson, and I am a loyalist to a spot in the city, but driving 30 min to get my nails done (especially when I'm in a pinch) has not been great, so I'm looking for a new spot. I tried Charming Nails, and my experience overall was a bit below average. First, I called ahead to see if I could be seen right away because I had broken a nail and they said yes. When I got there, there were a few people waiting and all techs were busy, so I waited about 10 min to have someone start the process of filing and soaking off my previous dip. At my usual salon, a dip manicure and pedicure takes at most 1.5 hours. I spent 3 hours here... between nail techs changing and taking other clients in the middle of my service, to just a very tedious filing job, the dip manicure alone took 2 hours! There was also a weird slight argument when a walk-in customer asked if she could leave and come back, the techs took someone else while she was gone, and upon her return she was upset because it was her turn next. Another downside is that usually, the nail salon will soak off my dip while I'm getting a pedicure to speed up the process and allow my toes to dry during my manicure. This salon did my entire 2 hour dip manicure and then my pedicure (which I was worried about). Silly me, I wore tennis shoes to the appointment, and just KNEW my toes wouldn't dry in time and would get messed up. Lo and behold, even after almost 20 minutes, I put my socks on and went home, and my toe polish was completely ruined. Less than 2 weeks later, one of my nails completely chipped (which has never happened with a dip manicure before). Unfortunately, the hunt continues!

Moving to Cockysville, I was trying to find my nail home and this place did it for me! First of all, you come in and they offer you a drink (tea, water, wine, whatever you want) and they are kind and friendly. I have a left side pelvis misalignment so when I get a pedicure I have a problem keeping my left leg straight. Getting my toes done can be very painful for me cause my left leg wants to swing outward. When I told the nail tech that she let me put my left leg down and she bent to pedicure that foot. It was literally the most comfortable pedicure of my life. I have always struggled to keep my left leg straight and it's been at times very painful for me and she made this experience so comfortable for me. I think her name was Helen and she was amazing! I did not get the name of the sweet lady who did my finger nails and just did an awesome job. This is a review of my last visit, but the three times I have been there I was treated so well. This will be my regular spot! I love this place. I'm in love with this place!

I came here for a pedicure after severely neglecting my feet after a summer of fun, and my nail tech did not come to play! She was extremely thorough yet gentle, and she really took her time giving me the best possible service. Prices were more than reasonable for the level of service provided. The salon itself was absolutely very gorgeous, relaxing, and probably the cleanest I've ever seen! Every worker I interacted with was extremely friendly & I would highly recommend Charming Lounge Nails Spa!! I will definitely be returning.

I just started to love getting my nails done and this place is becoming to be one that I frequent the most. I've been here 3 times and every time they've been super nice and they do a great job. The pedicures are wonderful. Great place to treat yourself and prices are reasonable too. They don't give me a hard time about tipping via Venmo which is nice since I never carry cash.
