I attempted to make an appointment by calling but forget that, no one answers the phones. So I attempted to make an appointment online. Forget that, it refused to accept my aol, or other email addresses. I drove to the shop and made an appointment in person. The only appointment was a week away. I just went in and my appointment was canceled because the stylist had to leave. No call, no message, absolutely no notification. This is supposed to be a lux salon but that's not the way I've been treated. I would not recommend.
Update: received an text from the owner saying I didn't have an appointment anyway. Odd because I have a text from Carter-Miller saying I have an appointment. They basically have people randomly working at the front desk and no one knows who or what has been done. I've spoken to my friends who recommended this place and they said this is usual.
