Hair stylist seemed bothered by the fact that she had to cut my hair and pushed me out for another appointment after she knew i wasn't happy. Won't be going back

The only reason for the 3 stars and not 1 star is Karlee is a single mom and she did work hard.
I was just shocked when she was done as I had asked for Silver/Platinum highlights to blend with my blonde, but My hair was totally gray . I should've thought she misunderstood when she asked why I wanted to go gray. But, I explained as I have some gray already I just want more to blend and brighten my hair up.
Well, it didn't work
She said it should wash out after a while. So I spent $115 for almost nothing.

Well... spare yourself the negative experience of this place.  Especially don't ask for Kelsie.  I am from out of town and just moved here, so I'm trying places out, and boy this isn't it.  I wanted tape in extensions just on my sides, she did them. My husband said it didn't even look like anything had been done. I went back the next day, to get sew in 's just on the sides, well $200 later and putting up with her nasty attitude was enough for me. When I first walked in, I should have been smart enough to walk out, when she greeted me with an abrubt, "well come on" and rudely walked to her station, with me following not knowing where to go. She doesn't talk, and it's awkward, I was trying to talk like normal people do, but she would answer with one sided answers like, yeah, no, I guess.  I think you get the point.

Okay, so I hate to do this but I had a horrible hair cut, just a week ago. I got in with a lady named Brandy, I believe. I have curly hair and almost as soon as I sat down in her chair, she brushed out my curls and proceeded to cut my hair dry and extremely frizzy. I was too shocked to say anything. Once my hair was cut, she took her spray bottle and sprayed my hair twice and sent me on my way. At one point she even mentioned that her scissors were very dull. With my hair curly it's so uneven, I wish I had a picture of it to put here. Yet, I do have a picture of it straight. I will continue to go here and get my hair cut here because I've had great experiences, but I will never ever let Brandy touch my hair again.

My husband and I both go here. We've used different stylists. The price is great, I get highlights and and my husband gets basic haircuts. He likes that he can make an appointment and doesn't have to guess when a walk in would be a good time. I've spent double on highlights in Arizona and California and they all do the same thing to my hair only it's half the price here.
