CARIBBEAN BREEZE TANNING SALON in Norton, MA

I read a bunch of reviews complaining about how unreliable this place is with their hours of operation. I then saw another post from the salon about how their hours are now back to normal and reliable. Hours posted for Mondays are 11-7. I show up a little past 11 and no one is there. Salon was closed. Tried calling the number posted on their website, and the number wasn't even in service. Ridiculous!

Their posted hours are 11 AM to 7 PM. I drove here on my lunch break to get here for their opening time, it's now 11:19 and still no one has shown up to open the salon. EXTREMELY unprofessional and if I could give no stars I would.

VERY unreliable hours. For example got there at 1 today and post it on the door saying will reopen at 2.. okay so I just drove 20 mins here to have to drive 20 mins home what a waste of my freaking day. This isn't the first time this has happened either. If you have hours be open for those hours or change your hours. Not to mention new owner jacked up prices but doesn't take care of building maintenance or the bed maintenance, most of the doors stick where you have to kick them there's a leak in the back room when it rains and all the tanning booths and beds have had lamps out that haven't been replaced since the new owner came.

So today i was driving down 123 and saw a sign for 1 month unlimited tanning for only $25.00. So as pale as i have gotten over the winter i figured why not. So the receptionist was very nice and even walked me down to the bed i would be using. Once there i locked the door and it looked as if the door would still pop open. Ignoring that i looked at the bed. Looks small old and the fan looked like a desk fan i have at work. I also notice some dust on top of the tanning bed enough where i could spell my name on it. I was a little nervous getting into the bed and closed the door. Very tight fit. It started to get very hot and there was very little air circulation in the bed and made me very uncomfortable.I notice when i got out the there is no ventilation from the tanning bed itself to the outside like most places have. The fan is right against the wall and there is no room for airflow thus leaving very little circulation while tanning. My first visit i do not notice a difference but seeing how i bought a month's worth i will be updating this every week. I will leave with this. I advice the owner to please take my review and run with it and update the ventilation in bed 3. any owner should act like a customer one day and try the bed out their self, Try to notice all the cons because you can bet your customers will. It has potential but just needs some TLC.
