CARACHLE Salon in West Hollywood, CA

Carachele said I'm pregnant I'm calling 911. She tried to take my cell phone out of my hand, while I stood up to leave after she said she forgot she booked me- texts to prove it. I came in for a hair apt that was made 1/31 and confirmed 4 days prior through text directly to her number listed on her website. The apt was today feb 20th. Photos attached. Made appointment, confirmed it all within two weeks. Two confirmations. I go in and she says It's tomorrow. I have two texts saying I have an appointment today She goes I have no assistant but she texted you the appointment She said I'm pregnant I will call 911 leave my salon. Go look at your texts! What an unorganized rude individual . She tried to rip my phone out my my hand so I called police and told them she assaulted me. You may not grab someone's phone cara help get a grip you are having a child I have been here for balayage and cuts 3-4 other times and to see her at Ramirez Tran. For about 5 years. I'm not a new guest. To book an apt and have them show up, then tell them no you're not on the books but I can take you. I wait 20 min and she said after telling me to wait "I'm pregnant" "I will call 911 you can leave my salon" I literally booked a hair apt with you two weeks ago. I asked upon coming in if I should leave she said no I can take you just sit down and wait. Then, she tries to grab my property out of my phone in the waiting area? That's great you're having a child, but no need to take out your emotions on Me. Carachele asked me if she could use pictures of my hair on her website bc I have been a loyal client for about twice a year for 4 years or so. I said of course you can use my pictures. I have never seen a stylist book you for an apt tell you to sit down then 20 mins later say I'm pregnant and I'm calling 911. She even asked me to screen shot pictures of my texts to prove I have the appointment. She was closed today and invited me for an apt just to tell me to leave. That was very disrespectful and a waste of my time to wait and go to an apt for her to not write it down then say I'm calling 911 when I show up 10 mins early for my appointment? I have never in my life seen such behavior issues. Just say , I'm pregnant I can't do your hair lol ! I would have said no problem! Don't do this to other women it's just bad taste on carachele as a stylist, owner, and mother Carachele is a mean girl. When I walked in she said I have three people on the books. I said should I just head out then? Since you don't have time? She said no just sit down. Then 20 mins later after she saw the texts and knows I am there for an apt not just showing up.... After she knows she is wrong she had the audacity to say I'm pregnant I'll call 911. That is just plain sad. To try and grab my phone out of my hand- I had no idea but now I know who she really is. Hostile and aggressive. Try harder to engage patience and don't grab property out of anyones hands. It's bad manners, rude, insane, and it's assault so don't do that again to your clients . I'm Not new but even if I was- that's so unprofessional in nature and just really shocking.

I have been a client of Carachele's for five years. She is the queen of color. Never before has my blond hair looked so beautiful, natural, anD always grows out so well. And of course she is the loveliest, most friendly, and kind person.

Best hairstylist I've ever been to. Carachele is simply an expert at what she does. She'll give you exactly what you're wanting and exceed your expectations. She's the only person I've trusted for years to color my hair. And her salon is beautiful, always so clean, gorgeous art and decor. Plus it's always a fun time and great energy getting to see Carachele! I wouldn't recommend anyone else in LA

Carachele is the best!!!!! she is the only person i trust with my hair. she has dyed me platinum, pink, brunette and back to blonde and my hair is so healthy and shiny. she has the best aesthetic taste and really knows her stuff!!!! highly recommend

Just ran into the owner of this salon outside of a coffee shop nearby and she was so lovely! Quality people obviously and will be booking an appointment here soon!
