What a wonderful morning, very relaxing. And the results are amazing. I am so happy to have found Shelly for probably the best facial I have ever had, and I've been getting them for 40!years. I loved the facial room, very calming atmosphere, soothing music, and some, but minimal conversation in regards to what she was doing and the products she was using. I am still in awe, my skin looks so good. I could never tell you everything she did, or used, but it was great; heated towels, mist, suction, mask, lotions, and her hands and fingertips. Believe me, the price was right and I can't wait till my next visit. I can't say how the other services are, since this was my first time there. But I saw a lot of employees providing services. If you have experienced, let me know.

Shelly is the best for waxing, hands down. She's been doing my Brazilian for years and is always hilarious! I haven't had any other services there, but Shelly is top-notch

I love Capristo. Larry cuts & styles my hair and I have been following him & his wife Donna around Shadyside for 30+ years. Capristo is lucky to have them both. Not very happy with my visit here. Usually Lydia does my eyebrows well I go in for an appointment I had scheduled and Lydia wasn't there due to food poisoning which is totally fine I just wish somebody would've called and let me know that she wasn't gonna be there literally me and two other ladies were waiting for her and the staff had no idea she wasn't in that day they were literally searching for her calling her and found out she was home sick with food poisoning so they had another girl do my eyebrows which she totally didn't know what she was doing! My eyebrow where a mess! Honestly I don't even think she had her license I think she was a helper because she said she had to wash hair so I'm just curious as to why they would let somebody wax my eyebrows but had no idea what they were doing and then still charged me $25 and literally she did nothing to my eyebrows I had to literally go and pay somebody else to redo my eyebrows because she missed so many hairs didn't shape them at all I was completely screwed over at this appointment I will not be going back

I love my stylist max and Tom is wonderful! It's very clean and professional. The only complaint I have is the lady at the front desk who i guess is the manager is horrible her name is Kate. She doesn't communicate with the stylist the right way. She changes the time on when she's closing and I couldn't get my hair because she changed the closing time so I couldn't get my hair. I have been going to this salon since I was a little kid I knew the original owner Bruce. This is the best salon around other than the manager Kate. This isn't the first time she has been this way with customers. I feel it would benefit the salon tremendously if she was no longer there.
