Cabana Wax Twickenham in Huntsville, AL

I made an appointment for Cabana Wax University Drive for my wedding in 2021 and everything went fine ! Someone bought me a gift card to use afterwards and I have not had to the time to use it yet. I gave them a call to try to get them to transfer my gift card to a friend who could use it, to find out I have been banned from cabana wax for too many missed appointments and they had been trying to charge a card on file for the missed appointments.
1. I literally only came to get waxed for my wedding and never came back, called back, or scheduled another appointment
2. How did I get banned from a place I've been to once and never talked to them again
3. I wasn't trying to make me an appointment for me so how can someone who has never been there not be allowed to use the gift card
4. The only emails I have confirming an appointment are from my wedding. They just don't want to honor the gift card ‍

They kept saying that they wouldn't honor my gift card only the person who bought it can use it because there was an executive decision made to not allow me back. Now if they said it had expired I would have believed that because it was literally bought 2 years ago. But someone should be checking their sent mail to see that there were never any confirmations sent for any appointment beside the one and only one I made and attended  so yes I'm mad because how did y'all ban me like that and ain't say nothing I ain't did nothing ‍

I was a bit nervous about this place but they actually do a great job! I usually travel to ATL or Nashville for bikini waxes because I like the Brazilian Wax places but they do great work here also. Unfortunately they dont offer Men's "Manzilian" services so my husband and I will have to continue to travel further out. But for a last minute stop, I will likely return.

The salon was very clean, cute & the staff were so nice! Katy was knowledgeable and was so welcoming when I asked her a billion questions about different waxes. Definitely will be making another appointment in my future!

I went to cabana wax for a Brazilian on Saturday for my upcoming trip to Mexico. I had pretty significant bruising right after,  which has never happened to me before.. but I figured it would go away soon. I'm now on Wednesday of my trip with hickey-like bruises on my inner thighs hanging out of my BIKINI BOTTOMS. It's embarrassing. I've had a lot of Brazilians and don't understand why this happened.

I have been going to cabana for quite some time now and typically every experience is awesome but this week I had a scheduling conflict with Brittney and so I went with who was available and my service was awful I had to call the lady back in twice to correct what I noticed and my skin was irritated after needless to say I was very unhappy and stick with what you know
