Was here with my mother and the owner asked very personal and invasive questions of my mom including wanting to know when and how my dad died. This made us both uncomfortable. I won't come back here. However, the pedicure was nice!

I have never given a bad review until now. I always take any complaint that I have directly to the business for them to resolve. Since this guy could see what he was doing I decided to do a review. I walked in on Monday morning they were not at all busy and were able to take me right away. The gentleman took me immediately. I have strong natural nails and I all I wanted was a french manicure. When I sat down I asked if he wanted me to remove my rings and he said "no". I knew at that point that there would be no hand massage for me! I had red polish on that he only partially removed. There was still a trail of red at the edges of my nails where the nail meets the skin. No hand soak was offered which made me realize that he was not going to touch my cuticles either. Which he didn't. I now have a french manicure with red edges. I really don't think that will trend. I usually do my nails myself but I am facing some testing that may reveal some serious medical issues and I wanted to treat myself ahead of the test on Thursday. I took the day off from work to indulge and pamper myself a little. All I got was disappointment. All he really did was polish my nails. I would have done a better job than he did! He has no business in the nail business! There was no "manicure"! I will never go back.

I walked in and already it looked very dirty... the gel nail polish selection was awful. They hardly had any colors. The result of my nails looked nothing like what I wanted and I was very disappointed. The woman who did my nails was friendly, but I will never go back.

BE VERY AWARE if you are a Minority or Ethnic person you will be skipped over even if you have an APPOINTMENT here. This has happened to me twice. The GENTLEMAN that works there will not want to work on you and will skip over you to help a (white) walk in customer to prove a point that you are clearly not welcomed. BE AWARE I have a $10,000 Dollar Diamond Engagement Ring on my finger and a wonderful career so money isn't an issue at all. It is unsettling to know in 2019-2020 acts like these are okay business practices. If you want your business to do well treat everyone the same.

Everyone is incredibly nice there and Anna does SUCH an amazing job on my acrylics. She is also so pleasant to chat with. She is a wealth of information and I often leave learning something new. My nails always look amazing when I leave!
