C's Beauty & Barber shop in Banning, CA

Should definitely amend their posted hours. Open until 7 but will not take walk ins past 5:30. Does it say this anywhere? No. This was the chance I had today and my usual up the street happened to be closed this day. Walked in a few minutes past 5:30 of course not knowing this, to an entirely empty business. No one in any chair, no one waiting. And was told by the individual working there that he could not take me. I wish I was so well off that I could needlessly turn away a paying customer. Will not even attempt to go there again. Janeth's right up the street at least has people waiting so when they tell you they can't fit you in today they're being honest. And they will continue to be where my money goes.

Was looking for a good barber in town that also wore masks during this pandemic and chose them because they were the only one i found this am that was dining so. First off the location is great in old downtown banning, lots of old shops and things i'd interest around it. The shop was clean and comfortable, Janelle was outstanding! She listened and gave me a great haircut as well as a pleasant experience for a very fair 20$. i've found my new barber and would recommend Janelle and this shop to everyone!!!!

Great little place with great prices. My boys have had haircuts here and they do great. Have had 3 different people and they were all nice and did a good job. Thank you!

This was my first time here. I normally go to a barber in Beaumont, but due to school starting tomorrow. It was over crowded and all the other shops were also . So I decided to give this one a try. The young man towards the front was friendly and greeted me. They had a lady barber that no one wanted to go to. They all wanted to wait for the young Hispanic gentlemen. I see why . My son didn't wish to wait and said he'd take the black lady with the tattoo on her arm, so we could leave . She wasn't friendly at all. I've never had a barber not smile at least or say hi . When my child is getting his hair cut. She was very rude . Even after the hair cut. No thank you smile or anything . If I did ever go back I'd wait fir him only .‍

My 18 month old's normal barbershop was closed on Monday so I found this place on Yelp. I showed the barber a picture of what my son has always gotten. He was extremely nice and patient with my son but unfortunately the haircut was a disaster. I pointed out some ares that needed blending but if he had gone in anymore my child would have ended up bald so I paid and left. His part was uneven, his sides were not blended and the top was choppy and uneven. I ended up taking him to our usual place and luckily they fixed it. I feel bad giving this place 1 star because our barber was so friendly but I will never bring my baby here again and I couldn't recommend this place to friends & family.
