Not impressed with this place at all. The guy cutting my Grandsons hair did not listen to what he wanted and proceeded to just about shave him bald.. if I could take away this one star I would..

I started going here about a month ago because my barber stopped cutting and I wanted my old style back that my substitute barber (my wife who did a great job shaving me down during the height of the pandemic and again after my barber gave up cutting) is not able to do. I got to see Brenna my first time there and she did such an amazing job that I now see her for my haircuts. Every time I have gone, she has done a great job. Also, the other barbers/stylists as well as the front of house staff are super friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place to anyone!

Very unhappy with the haircut I received on Saturday! She insisted on curling my hair and now that the curls fell out completely I see why! She completely butchered my hair! I can't even fix it and now have to cut my hair short very upset considering the fact I've been growing it out and was just getting a trim with face frame and layers like I normally do! It's hard to see in photos but it's terrible (payed $50 plus a tip because the lady was nice) but obviously she didn't know what she was doing! Owner replied to my goodie review saying they're always there if I need them and that they have talented stylists but obviously not if they do work like this! Will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience and the lack of care in their response to the work their stylists put out there

Got a decent haircut but the cashier/owner wouldn't let me add the tip onto my credit card...told me I could use their atm that charges like a $6 fee. So the hairstylist lost out on a tip because I don't carry cash. Afterwards she told me she loses out on sometimes over $100 in tips a day because of this. She also told me the owner is a womanizing micromanaging sociopath that poorly pays his staff. She now cuts my hair at her own house...I won't go back here and support this guy.

This place is a scam buyer bewear I wanted a haircut for $22 like the l sign says no it was $35 when they get done so I told the lady I want to $22 cut OK she says let me just get your hair wet well she's soaked my head my neck and my sweatshirt it was running down my face never really dry it she goes and cuts my hair soaking wet she says OK you're done done I said do you want me to walk out here with soaking wet head and 15° snowing oh you want to blow dry she says oh yeah, of course well 1300 on top of the $22. Do you think you tell me that before sat down that if going to cost me more What a scam and the guy is the front Deck he was so rude he didn't give a damn !!!he just took my money and said go away what a scam please don't go very bad business $35 for 15 minutes sitting in the chair getting your haircut it's not like you used to be nothing but a scam
