disappointed , highly unprofessional . I called in the morning and asked for a 1 pm appointment the guy asked if I can do 4 pm instead , I said sure. I am new to area and didn't want to go all the way back to my old nail place. I got there at 4 pm and said i have an appointment , he said pick out a color , I reminded him that it's for a gel fill he asked to see my nails and then stated he can't do it. I wasn't sure I heard him right so I asked if he remember me calling for a fill he said yes but he can't do it. This is not a way to do business I was lucky I only live 10 mins away but it's still my time . I will not return ever I rather drive 30 mins to my old nail salon in Aurora.
I would not reccommend this salon. I had a dip and pedicure done on a Friday afternoon and both had chipped by that Sunday. By Tuesday I had to go to another salon to have the dip taken off it was so bad. Dips usually last one month for me. Such a waste of time and money.
I will not go back. I went three times and nails chipped every time. Toes were't ever great and nails were done by a man that was good the first time, but inattentive that last. Save yourself money.
Owner was watching a soccer game and messing with his second phone while doing my nails. Kept stoping to text and made me wait for minutes on end. I showed him the shape I wanted which was square oval but he made them almond shape.... completely different. He asked if I liked the shape and I kindly said no. He got so defensive and even refused to finish them. Never going back again. Pay attention to customers not a soccer game and texting.
This is my favorite salon when I visit my daughter in IL, been coming since 2017. Missy has done my nails meticulously every time. Much cleaner and way more sanitary than my local salon in AZ. Tina gives an awesome pedicure on my sad calluses!
