I've been coming here for 5+ years and I've really been very disappointed in my most recent visits. The thread feels thin and cheap, resulting in a painful experience. The recent workers are slow and not skilled in shaping the brow.
I went to give this place a try and left with thin uneven eyebrows when I say thin I mean 90's to 00's then and one more visibly thinner then the other and she didn't even apologize she just told me that how they where before hand . Don't recommend!
I've been coming here (Durham) for a few years. I don't have the same person doing my eyebrows every time but that I doesn't matter because they are all consistent and thorough.
In terms of shaping, my brows are just okay. But I will second other reviews that talk about the gentleness of the threading.
Maybe it was because I didn't wait years to do my upper lip (it was 3 months this time), maybe it's the thread they use, but it barely hurt when the aesthetician got rid of my 'stache. I did not leave the chair wiping off tears, nor did I need any aloe or soothing lotion post-threading.
As of today, it's $14 to do brows and upper lip. Credit cards accepted.
I've gone here at least 3 times over the last few years. I mostly go to the morrisville location, which is stellar. But every once in a while out of convenience I try my luck. Every time, I'm disappointed. It has been mediocre at best (not thorough and missing spots) and awful (wayyy too thin even after explaining I want them cleaned and kept natural) at worst. I was also charged more here than the other location. So I'm starting to wonder if this location is just run completely separately from the other.
