I've gone here twice now to get sugared by Emily Scott and I think they've earned my business forever  Before going here, I had never been waxed before and Emily made sure that I was comfortable, relaxed, and informed! The environment is clean and relaxing. You won't find a better place to go than here!

First time here was a great experience! She was VERY nice and helpful through the whole process. If you have any nerves she's the girl to go to. This wasn't my first Brazilian wax but I will definitely be going back to her. She's got a regular!

Went as a walk-in fairly close to closing and was still greeted with a smile and a wonderful experience by Mayara. Very clean and inviting. They use sugaring for hair removal and do a great job. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time getting waxed here and I loved it. I had "My" hope I did not get her name wrong. But she is absolutely amazing! And the owner came Dri and spoke to me and made me feel like one of their friends. I will never go anywhere else again. You ladies are amazing and beautiful! You have gained a loyal customer for life!

The girl that did my wax was kind, hard working and patient. She did a good job. I did not ask for a sugar wax, but was given sugar wax. It was incredibly painful and I asked her to switch to regular wax. Her response was that sugar Wax was much better for me. I assumed that meant I did not have a choice, that they did not offer regular wax. She mentioned a few times that she's learning English, so I do understand there may have been miscommunication there. When I went to pay, I learned that I could not get the New customer price because I had chosen sugar wax, which was twice the price. I explained that I did not choose it and asked to switch, but wasn't given a choice. The receptionist said, "Well it's still $45." And offered no solution whatsoever.

Perhaps the biggest reason I won't return though isn't about money or a miscommunication, but about the owner's policies towards her employees. The sweet lady who did my wax told me that, even though she had covid antibodies in her system, her employer forced her to have the covid vaccine if she wanted to keep her job.
