Amber went above and beyond my expectations! She removed Vivid hair color without damaging my hair then applied color that goes great with my skin tone. Everyone thinks its my natural hair color. I'm so in love with my hair!!

The salon as a whole is stylish, clean, and incredibly relaxing. The vault door makes a very cool functional art piece. As far as stylists go, everyone is welcoming and professional, and Kristen has been my stylist for years. She's wonderfully talented with color and cuts and loves to educate her clients on products, hair care habits, and different techniques. Her scalp massages are the bomb. I've sent friends to her in the past and will continue to do so.

Miranda would get 10 stars from me!! I'm a mature lady looking for a new fresh style. First time to Bo Stegall Salon. Live in Charlotte but keep a place here to visit daughter and grandkids every month. Needed a cut desperately and been wanting to cut a good bit off and add highlights, try something different, but always afraid to go for it because I can't find stylist I have faith in. Called the salon, got in with Miranda within and hour due to cancellation. Loved the Salon atmosphere, the style and the staff was excellent..reception was very welcoming and accommodating. Miranda took a lot of time with me, listened and she gave me the best cut, style and color I've ever had. Cut about 3-4 inches off the length and gave me such a great style. She will be my stylist from now on, getting my hair done in Greenville. I have never loved my hair this much after a cut.

Went to the salon for a balayage and it turned out horrible. This salon obviously does not know how to do balayage and should have just said so instead of trying. Also they used products created by this salon which they claimed was silicone free and it was not. Just all together it was an awful experience.
