Favorite place to get my nails done. The salon is pretty and quite large. It never feels dirty like other salons. My dip manicure is always done nicely and lasts at least 3-4 weeks. I drive the extra 15 minutes to go to this salon.

I've been a regular customer at this nail salon for about a year now, and while I've generally had positive experiences, my recent visit left me feeling extremely disappointed. I typically opt for simple nail art, like hearts or lines, and this time I requested a French design with small hearts on two fingers. Unfortunately, the outcome was far from satisfactory. The French tip was uneven and didn't fully cover the tips of my nails. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, I was shocked to learn that my bill was $77, significantly higher than the $65 I had anticipated. This felt like a clear case of overcharging, especially considering the quality of the service. When I expressed my concerns about the price, the nail technician, May, seemed indifferent and unprofessional. She simply walked away, leaving the front desk staff to handle the situation. As a loyal customer who has always tipped generously, I felt completely taken advantage of in this instance. It's disappointing to have such a negative experience after consistently supporting this salon. Moving forward, I'll have to reconsider whether I'll continue to patronize this establishment.

I have been going to the Salon since it opened. Previously was at the Long Lake shop. They are always professional. Customer service is excellent. I'm quite disappointed in the negative reviews. I'm just wondering if these ladies were just having a bad day and took it out on their nail tech. Long time customer

There was a new person there who did not do my pedicure properly, and did not know how to file my nails properly. Another person in our party wanted a french manicure, but they said she couldn't do it without shellac , even though she'd done it before, and was quite rude to her. Even at the end, it wasn't done properly, and looked worn before we'd left. We attempted to talk to the manager but they refused. I have been going for so many years, and lately the service has sharply declined.

I understand the holidays are busy but what's the point of making an appointment when I have to wait 45 minutes alongside customers without an appointment. After 45 minutes of my toes soaking in ice cold water, I finally asked when I'd be seen only to be interrupted when I was speaking and the worker put his hand up to cut me off and said wait 5 more minutes. Never coming back. There's a million other nail salons in the area that will give you similar quality without overbooking themselves.
