This is the cutest hair salon! The vibe is very hip and feminine. I was able to get my hair done by Brigitte Duffee and she did the most wonderful work on my hair! I'm very particular about color and highlights in my hair, this was my first experience with Brigitte and she knocked it outta the park! I can't wait to go back! Love this place, don't hesitate! Great location and plenty of parking!! BUT the BEST about this studio are all the lively stylists!! Everyone is friendly and always professional. Beth is my stylist and always does a super fantastic job!!! She's professional, clean, talented and the sweetest human I know!!
I would like to say that i have been to black rose beauty one time. I had an amazing experience with a women named sam and i would love to have her again!! I decided to reschedule there around 1:10 February 20th, I spoke with a women named Kenedy. She was not very nice through text and almost made me give her a 100$ deposit which never happened when i was there the first time. She as well mentioned it the day before me going into my consultation. Very unprofessional as well with being petty!
Aisha took great care of me! She Spent hours making sure my base color worked and toned down my very warm strawberry blonde color before adding gorgeous highlights! I'm thrilled with the results. The salon was comfortable and casual lots of chatting and good loud music. ( you could hear it over people talking and blow dryers which I enjoyed)
Everyone wore a mask and the salon was spotless.

Finally getting my hair cut after probably over a year and that was just a basic cut at home due to the pandemic. I've been searching for a new salon but haven't had much luck in finding an affordable nice salon with current (emphasis on current) reviews. I found Black Rose when i saw someone recommend it i think in a facebook thread... i googled and found another page with some basic info and an Instagram page (super sleuth). I decided to give it a shot and made an appointment.
Beth is who i spoke to and who i made my appointment with. She was great! All i knew was that i wanted to go short and she talked me through what she was thinking would look great on me.
I love my cut, i feel lighter my hair looks healthier and I'm happy over all with the service!
