Made an appointment for 2 pedicures. Not enjoyable being rushed thru a pedicure. I waited 15 minutes while they took my friend immediately and we finished same time. My foot massage was cut short, all shortcuts were made. As she sat drying her toes with a shoulder massage, when I sat down, my tech basically gave me a tap on the back. When the tech cant wait to get done, neither can the customer
This salon is a rip off ...I've been there many times and the owner NEVER has a smile on her face and is very unwelcoming. I got powder gel soaked off and regular gel put on and they charged me $13 extra just for using a different gel (even though it's the exact same soaking process) but didn't even tell me until I was paying. I got charged $48 for a gel manicure...what a disgrace. I will never return to this salon
Decent manicure and pedicures here compared to neighboring salons. Also depends on which nail tech you get. I've received a mediocre one last time but the other two times I've visited a nice through cleaning of cuticles and the polish lasted over a week without chipping.
The only reason why I came into this salon was because the one I always go to down the street was busy. The pedicure is $30 and where I usually go it's $23. The ladies did a good job on my mom and I but they worked as if they were in a rush. When my mom and I asked for our nails to be shorter, they were annoyed. I over heard a costumer a couple seats over ask for french and the lady tell her no because it's too hard??? Personally. I will never go back here.
