Terrible service and people cater to people of color. Did not sterilize tools used on pedicure although the lady was extremely nice and polite. My toes are terrible asked for a wax and waxer did not speak enough English nor care enough to try to understand what I was asking. Please go to another salon not worth the money.
I went to this shop to get a mani-pedi. This was the worst nail shop experience i ever had. The service was so bad I payed what I owned and did't get the manicure. When I told one of the guys who is normally nice and joking he could not look me in the eyes. He held his head down and did not make eye contact. I told the mean lady I would never be back she said "I don't care." This shop also use the filer, nail clipper and other items without sterilizing them. Please don't do any business with this shop.
I always get a layer of polish and two layers of glitter then a top coat. I don't care if it takes longer to dry and I bring all of my own polish so it doesn't take anything from them.
This salon refused to polish my nails the way I requested, even when I offered to pay an additional fee on top of the extra I had already paid on top of the normal price for a fill, supposedly because of length.
That was after waiting over 40 minutes to get a fill. While waiting, I witnessed a salon employee be confrontational and argue with a customer first in the salon and then following her out to the parking lot to continue to argue. I should have left but I had waited so long already I foolishly stayed.
I told them I would never be back and they told me they didn't care and then started talking in a foreign language and laughing.
NEVER AGAIN!
