Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar in Bend, OR

Yesterday was my 2nd visit to Ulta in 2 weeks here in Bend, Or.
Just as pleasant and friendly experience as before. Savanah and Taylor jumped in and were like my personal makeup artists.  So much fun and everybody made me feel so special... even fellow customers!! It was like a family reunion

I always have a great time shopping at this Ulta. Received excellent customer service finding the right concealer color, moisturizer for sensitive skin, and a fragrance gift for hubby.

Unfortunately because they have most things I need, I have no choice but to shop here.  I tried doing my makeup shopping on Amazon or Target/Walmart and it just wasn't the same.  The website sucks sometimes, always slow and lagging especially on my phone. My biggest complaint is the staff.  Every time I get 'curbside pickup' and check in once I arrive, I literally wait 5 minutes before I have to go inside.  Every time I go inside, I find a few employees just sitting around so there must be a problem with their website and curbside service like a lack of communication.  If I didn't go inside I'd be waiting forever because no one would've been handling my order and taking it out to me.

Save yourself the madness and order online or from another business. I returned twice after the initial review and had equally deplorable experiences. Atrocious customer service. Appalling.

Had set an appointment for a haircut on a Sunday afternoon, weekends are the only time I can break away from baby to get my haircut.

Went in and stood at the salon desk for over 10 minutes, all the while ulta associates walking right past me or around me. I finally asked someone if they could get me checked in for my haircut. The gal I spoke with was a brand ambassador so she went to find someone. About 5 minutes later a gal showed up and let me know their hairstylist had called in sick. I asked why no one called to inform me? I mean when you have an appointment that should be a simple courtesy. The gal asked someone over their earbud system and told me they did call me this morning and left me a voice mail. I informed her I never got a call this morning, nor a voice-mail. I informed her that I drove in 40 minutes to be here for my appointment & if I would have received a call I wouldn't be here having this conversation.
All she could offer me was I'm so sorry.
I will not be back, what a joke... telling me you called me & left a voice-mail when you didnt, not my idea of good customer service.
