So the last two times I was there the lady cutting my hair didn't listen to what I asked for them accidentally cut most my hair off on the back leaving me a thin long whisp of hair with a thick bowl on top  and then tried playing it off as that was how it's supposed to look so I got upset and called and got it fixed but no refund. Next time I go in they give the same person and they literally ask me about every single cut on my head and if that's right. You don't go to a mechanic to have him ask you how to fix your car! Secondly she was making faces to her coworker about having to cut my hair again. That pisses me they made me feel like it was my fault she can't cut hair so here I am and I'm not being unreasonable I am just pissed. Hire people that aren't petty and don't need hearing aids

It is surprisingly very hard to find a good nail tech in Colorado Springs. I had two awful mani's after first moving here. I have been getting my nails and toes done from Rainy at this wonderful spot. She is precise and thorough and I like that it isn't a rushed job. I stopped putting shellac on my nails as it really rips them to threads. But not anymore, my nails are healthier and cared for and I am picking less(yes, I'm a picker)

Everyone we come here we love the service. The bar is always attended, the nail techs are great and it's just a test relax enjoy type of vibe. I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

I love this place but it's also very convenient because I live across the street. The staff is great and they have a bar!!!!

A little back story: I surprised my daughter with a Brazilian Blowout for her birthday. She has long, thick ringlets that's NOT so easy to style. When you're only 10 years old, the easiest thing to do is tie it in a bun and call it a day.

I wanted her to see different ways she can style her hair, and I knew there was only one place I could trust to manage her hair. After booking our hair appointment, I also booked our flight - yes, our flight! LAX to Colorado!

Elizabeth and Rayne took great care of our hair! They were knowledgeable, just as I expected, and explained the process so I knew what to expect. After that, it was smooth sailing - I literally sat back, relaxed, and got in a quick nap.

It's been 4 days (and we're home again) and our hair still feels so smooth. I am most satisfied with how much softer my daughter's hair feels. Although it's curly again, she has been leaving her hair down and there are no more frizz!
