B-Tan Tanning Salon in Dover, DE

1st time spray tan went horribly wrong, long streaks on arms and back, lower body never was sprayed, came home  waited until the next day and saw what happened i was horrified as i had a function a day away, I called and the manager agreed to call the owner to see what she would do, well she said it was a customer error and usually wont give money back so agreed to give another spray tan. It wasnt customer error when my lower body never was sprayed and i had lines on my left side and upper back. I went in to show them and was never helped i needed something to hide this was told to go purchase a loofa and scrub it as much as possible, i spent 50 more dollars buying supplies to help myself. I dont understand if they are a tanning place, they should know how to correct this. I will not go back, nor will i recommend them to anyone i know.

The best tanning place I have ever been!!! The tanning booths are so clean and comfortable to be in. The beds are comfortable sized rooms and extremely clean. They offer great tanning lotions, moisturizers, and sanitizers!  Always well stocked and great selection. The manager, Nicole, is so knowledgeable and helpful. She is so accommodating and happy all the time. She really cares about her clients and it shows in her interactions with them. I love going here and recommend it highly!!!

I haven't been to a salon in a while! So I had a million questions when I signed up. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I've had very positive experiences here. I appreciate that it salon is so clean and upbeat when come in. It always makes me look forward to coming back.

My favorite salon in this area, I will NEVER go anywhere else! Staff is friendly and knowledgable, different daily promos all the time featured on their instagram and the cleanliness is exceptional. If you haven't visited this salon you are missing out!

First, let me give you all a disclaimer, I am not a die hard tanner but I wanted a little tan for a photo shoot that I was doing, so this was my first tan in years.

Now to the important stuff. I loved my experience. The girl upfront ( Sorry, I forgot her name) was very helpful and friendly. I had a ton of questions about every little thing. And, she never even sighed once just answered all my questions with the most friendly smile and attitude. I love a great customer service. I'll pay for that any time.

The facility was very clean. My tanning bed was a stand up, which I loved. I'm sorry, I'm a germ-a-phobe and laying in a bed after someone who might have been naked and they may have missed a spot when cleaning, even just one tiny spot, can have horrible consequences for me later so standing up was perfect. It meant no contact. And, they still clean them after every customer. Double points.

Clean, friendly, awesome deal! What more could I ask for? I'll definately be going back.
